Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped by me within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, orders may take 2–5 days to arrive not including processing time. Once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages.

All orders will be shipped out via USPS which takes between 2-5 days for customers in the United States.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they provide accurate information to ensure that the item reaches the proper destination. Simply Natural By B will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.
